Our Board Members

Cynthia Harrison is an exceptionally competent and extremely knowledgeable professional with 20 years’ experience in the event management industry servicing her clientele. As the Executive Director of Health Empowerment Renewal, her outstanding artistic talent is the driving force that enables her to provide a service to women to gain control over their own health issues. In addition to being President of the Camp Greene Neighborhood Association, she is a member of the Advisory Council for Parks and Recreation Commissions and has accepted recognition by the City of Charlotte as volunteer of the year was for her extraordinary commitment to the community. Her passion exemplifies a diverse set of businesswomen that live their passions and define success on their own terms. She is also a pioneer in the administration space. She is the Executive Administrator at Bright Future Learning Center, where she oversees the Early Head Start programs and is administrator for the Mecklenburg County Pre-K program. Outside of her office, Cynthia enjoys quiet time reading a good book.
