Health Empowerment Renewal (H.E.R.) was founded in response to a growing need for accessible, community-centered health education and support. Rooted in a commitment to empowering diverse women, the organization was created to provide meaningful solutions that address both individual wellness and the broader social and economic factors that impact health.

Since its founding, H.E.R. has continued to grow through the support of community members, partners, and dedicated leaders who share a vision for healthier, more empowered communities.
